VICTORIA HERNANDEZ

Victoria Hernandez has been working in fundraising and event coordination for over 10 years. Since Victoria joined Quimby Group Consulting in 2018 she has worked with numerous elected officials, city chambers, non-profit organizations, political action committees, and more. In that time, Victoria has helped QGC manage events with over 800 attendees, provide political consultation for over a dozen clients, and raise more than half a million dollars for a single legislative candidate in less than three months. Prior to her work with Quimby Group Consulting, Victoria worked in accounting and event coordination and studied Political Science at Westmont College.

Victoria is an active member and leader in her church community. Her husband is a Youth Pastor at Trinity United Presbyterian Church of Santa Ana – a church she has been involved with since a young age. Victoria assists him in managing the youth ministry and has mentored many high school girls.

MEGAN

WILLIAMS

ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

Megan Williams joined Quimby Group Consulting at the start of 2024 and provides communication-based needs and maintains client relationships. She previously interned at the Lincoln club of Orange County, where she gained insight on event coordination as well as fundraising. 

Megan earned her Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Chapman University in 2022, and then went on to get her Master's degree in Health & Strategic Communication from Chapman University in 2023. She was a member of a Christian organization on campus during her time at Chapman. Megan grew up in Seattle, Washington, but moved to Orange County in 2018 for college.

Her interest in politics began at Chapman University, where she was involved with Chapman Republicans. Prior to working at Quimby Group, Megan enjoyed working at Trader Joe's in Orange

ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

Paige Apperson joined Quimby Group Consulting in 2023 and provides marketing and communications-based needs as well as overall administrative support of our clients. The newest addition to the team, Paige was previously interning for multiple political campaigns, in which she helped with communications, marketing, and event management for many fundraising events.  

Paige earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from The George Washington University in 2022, graduating with a full athletic scholarship. She was a member of both the Women’s Gymnastics Team as well as the Sigma Kappa sorority, in which she participated in fundraising and volunteering for several different charities and organizations. Paige was also a member of the All EAGL (East Atlantic Gymnastics League) Scholastic Team for her academic achievements. As a young woman, she competed both nationally and internationally, having won 1st place titles at the state, regional, and national level. A south Orange County resident with a passion for politics, Paige hopes to continue providing her skills to support organizations and leaders who will ensure her community is a great place to live and work in for many years to come.

ABBY SCOTT

POLITICAL STRATEGY & LEGISLATIVE AFFAIRS COORDINATOR

Abby Scott joined Quimby Group Consulting in 2019 and supports our clients in developing strategic partnerships, policy coordination, and public outreach efforts. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from UC Berkeley and a Master of Public Policy degree from Pepperdine University. 

Abby has been active in the Orange County conservative movement throughout her years as a student and aspiring public leader. She has served as an intern for The White House, Congresswoman Mimi Walters, L.A. County Board of Supervisors, the Mayor of Anaheim, and the Republican Party of Orange County. This variety of involvement in the public sector has equipped Abby with the knowledge to develop a path to victory for our clients.

ASHLEY SPARKS

EVENT DESIGN SPECIALIST

Ashley Sparks has been working in hospitality for over 15 years.  During her tenure on the Board of Directors of both Tustin Public Schools Foundation and Forest Home Christian Ministries, she served as the Resident Event Coordinator. Events for these organizations included an annual Teacher of the Year dinner, the 75th Anniversary Celebration, and the committee for the multi-million dollar capital campaign. Ashley has also planned and decorated countless weddings, baby showers, fundraisers, and celebrations. In the past five years, she has worked with Ruffle Effect, Operation Warm Wishes and Quimby Group Consulting. 

Ashley is passionate about people feeling comfortable in an event space. She believes that when patrons spend their time and money to attend an event, they should feel the care and appreciation that went into each aspect of the experience-- from aesthetics and decor to organization and execution. She is committed to fulfilling that overall "dream" experience for every event she has a hand in.
